The day begins with unstructured open time for catch-up meetings and informal networking, followed by a morning seminar led by UvA personnel.

After a catered group lunch, the afternoon will shift into targeted, collaborative working sessions dedicated to active proposals and projects. Key focus areas for these afternoon breakouts include the POLDER labs around the COMTIP (RIVM) working group, the ROOTS (Vidi) project, and the IMPACT methodology initiative.
