Organised by COMCRIM
The upcoming internal COMCRIM workshop will introduce PhD researchers to complexity science and its relevance for crime and policy research. Scholars from the Informatics Institute at the University of Amsterdam will present both theoretical frameworks and practical applications, including case studies on disrupting key facilitators in criminal networks. The session aims to foster interdisciplinary understanding across criminology, law, computer science, and statistics, helping participants refine research questions, integrate methods, and build a shared conceptual foundation within the COMCRIM project.
This is an invitational only event.
