My research

My research interests are in the field of Ethics and Information Technology. I have been working on ways to make ethical considerations part of engineering design, by construing moral values as non-functional requirements that can be decomposed and specified. I have also  been instrumental in putting the idea of ‘responsible innovation’ on the EU research agenda.
