The overarching aim of my research is to better understand and quantify the role of societal change in climate change mitigation and sustainable development. With this vision, I work on improving the representation of social and behavior change in global modelling of climate, economy and environment interactions.
IAS is a truly interdisciplinary environment, therefore, during my fellowship, I will focus on how the theories of social change developed in different disciplines can be harmonized for a unified framework to be used in the climate change context, and what combination of computational methods can be useful in quantifying it.
